W. Terry Clayton

Terry Clayton returns to Council as a result of his appointment by Council on May 2, 2011. In the past, he served two terms as the Ward II representative, one term as the Regional Councillor, and one term as Mayor. He has served on a number of committees locally and at the Region. Most recently, he was Chairman of the Police Services Board for Durham Region.
