By-law Enforcement/Canine Control Division
Enforcing a range of Township by-law requirements and Canine Control.
The by-law enforcement office is responsible for enforcing all municipal by-laws enacted by Council. By-law enforcement is usually undertaken following a written complaint received from the public or on receipt of specific Council direction.
The municipality employs 1 full-time by-law enforcement/canine control officer, 1 part-time by-law enforcement/canine control officer and 1 part-time canine control officer.
The Division is responsible for providing a number of services:
