Special occasion certificates from the Mayor may be requested for birthdays starting at the 80th and wedding anniversaries starting at the 50th. Requests for certificates or congratulatory messages for other types of special events will also be considered. Please contact the Clerk’s Department for any special congratulatory message, and staff will be more than happy to arrange one for you.
