The Township maintains three cemeteries. Each of these municipally owned cemeteries has been designated to be of architectural or historic value or interest pursuant to the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990 as amended. A brief summary of the reasons for designation may be found by following the links:

• Union Cemetery - Main Street East, Beaverton
• Scotch Cemetery - Highway 7 - west of Manilla
• Thompson Cemetery - Durham Roads 10 and 23, west of Sunderland
