Chalk Lake Springs temporarily closed during Lake Ridge Road construction

Whitby, Ontario – The Regional Municipality of Durham, in co-operation with the City of Pickering, Town of Whitby, and townships of Scugog and Uxbridge, is rehabilitating Lake Ridge Road (Regional Road 23). The Chalk Lake Springs are temporarily closed during this construction.
When: Access to the springs is expected to reopen towards the end of July once construction is substantially completed in the area of Chalk Lake Road.
Where: Chalk Lake Springs on Lake Ridge Road in the Township of Uxbridge.
