The Township of Brock consists of the Mayor, a Regional Councillor and five ward councillors. Elections are held every four years.

With a longstanding commitment to community service, he has served as a volunteer and leader for numerous organizations and service groups including: Beaverton Thorah Health Centre Board of Directors; Brock Non-Profit Housing; Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 135; Kinsmen; Beaverton/Cannington Arthritis Society; Brock Board of Trade; Thorah Island Ratepayers Association; Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority; Beaverton River Trail Committee; and more. |

Ted is a strong community member and volunteer. About Michael JubbA lifetime volunteer, he is involved with numerous volunteer organizations through the Township of Brock. He is a director of the Beaverton Fair Board, an executive member of Beaverton Special Events, serving on the Lodwick Citizenship Award Committee, as well as an active volunteer with the Royal Canadian Legion Beaverton, member of the BTE Historical Society and the Beaverton Horticultural Society. Michael is a long-time member of the Township of Brock Fire department and is a career member of the Department of National Defense working out of Base Borden. He has received many awards and commendations including the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal for dedicated community services. He is married with two young boys. She was Brock's representative on the Durham Environmental Advisory Committee and helped to establish the Ward 4 Shoreline Ratepayers Association.
