Council Highlights May 12, 2025

The Township of Brock Council Discussed the follow:
- Council has approved the replacement of the new Beaverton Harbour sign. The exciting new sign will feature the Townships designation as the Smallmouth Bass Capital of Canada.
- Council approved the installation of security cameras at the Timothy Findley Memorial Library Branch and Brock Dench Animal Shelter in Cannington.
- The Manila Hall Ramp will be replaced following the design and tender process.
- A report on the Beaverton Dam Safety Review was presented to Council and will be discussed in the 2026 budget deliberation.
- Brock Arts and Culture presented Council with highlights and upcoming projects for 2025. Council approved the installation of various public art pieces within local parks.
