Notice of Works – Seven Meadows (Marydel Homes) Subdivision

Please be advised that starting the week of May 20, the developer (Marydel Homes) will be undertaking some works within the Seven Meadows subdivision in Beaverton. These works are anticipated to take place over a number of weeks and will include grading and sodding the central park block, fencing, walkways, street sweeping, and flushing underground services and catchbasins, among other work. These works are required to be completed before the Township will assume this subdivision.

All works will be completed in accordance with the subdivision agreement executed with the Township and the plans approved by the Township and other agencies. Township staff and contracted inspectors will monitor these works and undertake the required inspections.

It is recognized that these works may will be disruptive. The Township respectfully requests the community’s patience and cooperation while this work is done. Please ensure that all persons are kept at a safe distance from all work areas.
