Open call for Applications – Member of Council Vacancy

NOTICE is hereby given to residents and property owners of the TOWNSHIP OF BROCK

Applications will be accepted for the following office from qualified individuals having completing the prescribed forms in the Office of the Clerk:       

                     Ward 4 Councillor: One (1) Member to be appointed by Council.

Application Procedures:

Nominations are required to be submitted on the prescribed forms (available online and at the Clerk’s office), and shall be filed In Person at the Clerk’s office, Township of Brock Municipal Administration Building, 1 Cameron Street East, Cannington, Ontario, L0E 1E0, during normal office hours (8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) commencing Wednesday, October 15, 2025. The last date to file an application is Friday, October 31, at 4:00 p.m. Booking an appointment is encouraged and can be arranged by emailing clerks@brock.ca

A Special Council meeting will be held on Wednesday November 12, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. for Council to consider the applications and verbal remarks from qualified interested candidates.
