Sunderland Maple Syrup Festival – A Sweet Tradition 2025

The 28th Sunderland Maple Syrup festival opens to families on April 5 & 6 from 9:00a.m.-4:00p.m. right in the heart of Sunderland with an outdoor vendor’s market on River Street and Church Street. Here you can find baked goods, local artisans, entertainment, tours and of course MAPLE SYRUP. 

The festival is biggest event in Brock that welcomes over 10,000 visitors each year and is a celebration you won’t want to miss, with something for everyone to enjoy.

Please note, for safety and to accommodate the large crowds, the roads within the barricaded festival area will be closed from 7:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. both days. We recommend that you avoid parking your vehicle on any street in this area during those hours, as only emergency vehicles will be granted access. Any vehicles left on the closed streets will be towed at the owner’s expense. Please refer to the map below for road closures and parking information. Permit parking pass holders in Sunderland have been notified of the changes during this this 2-day event.
