Township of Brock CAO Accepts New Position

Brock, ON- Township of Brock Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) Michelle Willson has announced her resignation as CAO effective April 10, 2026.  

“It has been an honour to work with Council and staff over the past two years. Although it’s been a difficult decision, it’s the right one for me and my family. I want to thank the staff for showing me kindness and support and I'm confident that you’ll continue to serve the residents of Brock with passion and dedication.” 

"Today is a bittersweet day for the municipality. Our Chief Administrative Officer, Ms. Michelle Willson is moving out of the area and will be leaving the Township of Brock mid-April. Ms. Willson has been with the municipality for 2 years and has been an extremely dedicated and loyal employee showing steadfast leadership to staff. Michelle has also been extremely effective in progressing council priorities over this time frame. On behalf of council, I wish Michelle only the best moving forward and we thank her for her service to the municipality." Says Mayor Michael Jubb. 

Council will move forward with a process to determine the next CAO to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.
