The Township of Brock's Emergency Management Plan, outlines the roles and responsibilities of Council and staff in the event that the Mayor calls a state of emergency.

- How to determine what level of emergency plan to implement based on the situation
- Emergency notification systems
- Declaring and terminating an emergency
- Command posts
- Chain of command
- Emergency site set-up
- Evacuation plans
- Communication
- Requesting volunteers
- Departmental roles and responsibilities
Past Emergencies
This plan has been used during three declared emergencies:
- COVID-19 pandemic
- August 2003 Power Blackout
- Gamebridge train derailment
