In the Township of Brock, you must apply for an annual licence to operate billiard, pool and bagatelle tables. Please view our Billiards By-law for more information on how we license and monitor billiard, pool and bagatelle tables within the Township.
Applying for a Licence
Please send a written application to the Municipal Clerk and make sure to include:
- hours of operation
- number of tables
- fee
Renewing your Licence
Please note the annual fee for a Billiard, Pool and Bagatelle Licence is due on January 1st, which is payable in advance. The licence fees are $75 for a billiard, pool, or bagatelle table and $50 for each additional table.
