The Township of Brock regulates parking through Traffic By-law Number 957-88-PP.

Paying in Person
You can visit our municipal office and make the payment on the ticket within 15 days from the date the ticket was issued. Our office is located at 1 Cameron St. E. in Cannington.
Dispute a Parking Ticket
If you want to dispute a ticket, complete the Request a Parking Ticket Review form . You must submit this form within 15 days of the date of the parking infraction.
We will work with you to resolve the issue. If the matter is not resolved a court date will be set for trial.
Parking Enforcement
You can park on all streets in the urban areas for a 3-hour period, unless posted otherwise. The most common parking infractions are:
- Parking left wheels to the curb
- Parking for longer than three hours
- Parking in a prohibited area
- Parking on road during winter parking restrictions
- Parking within 3 meters of a fire hydrant
- Stopped so as to interfere with traffic/snow removal
- Parking in an accessible parking space
EV Charging Station
The Township of Brock has 2 advanced EV chargers in partnership with Durham Region and supplied by HWiSEL EV. These chargers are compatible with any EV currently available with power from the grid, solar, battery or all sources including Tesla (requires Tesla provided J1172 adapter). The 39ft cable length ensures space and comfort when using the station.
