Lane Restriction Notice

Please be advised that the following roads will have lane restrictions starting at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 for the application of Flexible Asphalt Cold Technology (FACT). FACT is self healing product that can be paved on any road surface condition and will lower maintenance and upkeep costs. 

• Concession 4, Brock east of Blackwater Road bridge
• Sideroad 18A from Regional Road 12, south of Concession 11 Brock
• Thorah Sideroad from Concession 2 Thorah towards Concession 1 Thorah
• Concession 2 Thorah, east of Thorah Sideroad 

Residents can expect delays and are encouraged to plan alternate routes.
