The first half of class focuses on soft restorative movements designed to release tension, improve mobility, and prepare the body for deeper relaxation. The second half transitions into a calming Yin-style practice, with longer-held poses that target the deeper layers of fascia and connective tissues. Expect quiet, meditative stillness that encourages introspection, enhances flexibility, and soothes the nervous system.

This class is suitable for all levels and is especially supportive for anyone seeking stress relief, improved mobility, or a peaceful reset. Come as you are—leave feeling centered, restored, and renewed.
