Fitness Classes

The Township of Brock offers many fitness classes for you to enjoy! From yoga classes to Zumba, we have classes for every fitness level.  All classes require pre-registration as limited spaces are available. Walk-ins will not be accepted, and individuals will be turned away. Registration must be completed online before the first class of each program.

Fall Fitness:

Get ready for another season of health, wellness, and fun! This fall, we're excited to pilot a new registration format designed to offer participants added flexibility with two shorter program sessions.

Fall Session 1: September 14 to October 31 (7 weeks)

Fall Session 2: November 2 to December 12 (6 weeks)

Whether you're looking to maintain your fitness routine, try something new, or fit activities around a busy schedule, these shorter sessions provide more opportunities to participate throughout the season.

The schedule will offer both full session and single class registration. Single class registration will only open once the minimum number of participants have been confirmed for the full course. Deadline for full session classes:

Fall Session 1 - Minimum participation met by September 8, 2026 - Single class registration will open September 10.

Fall Session 2 - Minimum participation met by October 26, 2026 - Single class registration will open October 28, 2026.

Classes that do not reach minimum participation by the deadlines will be cancelled and individual class registration will not open.

Full Session Registration is now open for the Fall 1 & 2 Sessions.

Single Class registration is scheduled to open on September 10, 2026 for the Fall 1 Session, and October 28th for Fall 2 Session.
