Name and Address Change
If you change your mailing address or change your name, you'll need to update your property tax bill. Only name changes which have been changed on the deed to your property will be changed on your property tax bill. A copy of the new deed is required.
Ownership Change
If a property in the Township of Brock has changed ownership, we require a copy of the transfer/deed before we can update our property tax information. Please note there is a service fee, as set out in our Township of Brock fees by-law to change ownership on a property tax account with the exception of a survivorship request.
