Are you looking to adopt a family pet? The Township of Brock has a variety of cats and dogs looking for homes. If a stray cat or dog isn't claimed at the animal shelter, we will put the animal up for adoption

Adoption Process

Potential adopters first come into the shelter for an in-person meet and greet with the animals that they are interested in. Adopters are required to fill out an application. This completed application is reviewed by shelter staff and a reference check is done using the adopter's previous/current Veterinarian or landlord if applicable.

Burt is know for his shy, yet affectionate nature. He warms up fast to new people and will come and ask for pets and treats. He came in as a stray but is now enjoying being an indoor cat.

Surrender/Rehoming pets

If you are no longer able to care for your pet, please call the shelter to discuss options available to help find a new home for your pet. Contact us and we can help your pet find a new home.
