Site Plan Approval Process

Your site plan should include:

• garbage facilities
• highway widenings if applicable
• landscaping
• lighting
• parking and loading spaces that serve the building
• site drainage
• walkways

After departments and external agencies have reviewed your application, we'll provide you with their comments so you can revise your plan for resubmission.
