Campground Licences

You must have a license to operate a campground in the Township of Brock. Please view our Campground By-law for more information on how we regulate and license camping vehicles and camping tents in our community.

Applying for a License

Please complete the online application form and send a copy to the Clerk's Department, Regional Health Unit, Hydro One and the Fire Department and make sure to follow the design requirements as per our By-law.  We'll notify you if your application meets our By-law requirements, and is approved or refused.

Each application must include a copy of your:

• campground development plan
• key plan

Campgrounds Licensing - New Facility - $310.60

Campgrounds Licensing - Renewal - $217.90

Campground Development Plan

Make sure to include your campground development plan, which should show the location and dimensions of all:

• campsites and buildings
• roadways and footways
• hydro supply
• sewage disposal facilities, drainage culverts and ditches

Key Plan

Include a copy of your key plan showing the location of the campground lands and their legal description.
