Site Alteration (Fill) Permits
The Township of Brock Site Alteration By-law is a by-law to prohibit or regulate the removal of topsoil, the placing or dumping of fill and the alteration of the grade (topography) of land. A new site alteration by-law was passed by Council on June 29, 2026.
Apply for a Permit
A permit is required to place or dump fill, remove topsoil or fill or otherwise alter the grade of land. Complete the Site Alteration Permit Application to apply for a permit. Additional information may be required.
