The Region of Durham approves plans of subdivision and condominium in our community; however, the Township of Brock works to protect local interests. You must submit an application if your project will create more than three lots. If you're developing less than three lots, please see our land division process. Applying for a Plan of Subdivision or Condominium
Please send a completed Plan of Subdivision/Condominium Application to the Building Department. Make sure to review our Plan of Subdivision/Condominium Application Guide, which outlines our application process. You can visit Durham Region Planning and Development for their Regional applications forms.
Plan approval is based on:
- draft plan approval including the plan's concept and layout as well as conditions
- final registration and satisfying all conditions
