Speaking Before Council or a Committee

In the Township of Brock, you can request to speak at a Council or committee meeting on a specific issue or agenda topic. Learn how to have your voice heard!

Fill out the Online Delegation Request Form or Submit a delegation request through the Council Calendar. 

You must submit your request, together with all background information for consideration, no later than Tuesday at 12:00 p.m. of the week before the meeting. View our Council Calendar for upcoming meeting dates.

Should you wish to speak to an item published on the agenda, your deputation request must be submitted no later than noon the Friday prior to the meeting. 

Presentation Materials

Presentation materials must be received by no later than 12:00 p.m. the Friday in advance of the meeting. 

For your presentation material to be provided to Council as part of the agenda package, your submission must be made by 12:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the meeting.
