Can I take a picture of my ballot?
Taking a picture of a completed ballot is a violation of the Municipal Elections Act because it violates the secrecy of the vote. It is also a violation of the Act to publish a photo of a completed ballot on your social media channels or else where.
Can someone else vote on my behalf?
No. You must complete the voting by either Internet, Telephone or Ballot on Demand on your own.
