Council Meetings

Delegations can be requested by completing the Request to Speak to Council form.

Public comments can be submitted by emailing clerks@brock.ca or by adding public comments to agenda items through the council calendar. Remember to provide us with your contact information.

To watch a Council or Committee meeting live, click on the current meeting date and time and select the Livestream option. To watch a previously recorded meeting, click on the meeting date and time and select the Video option. To follow along with the agenda and video at the same time, click on the meeting date and view the HTML version of the agenda.

Also available through this Calendar is the Council Information Index (CII) which is published on a weekly basis.

CII includes items such as:

Minutes from Council appointed advisory boards, committees and community associations.
Information reports/letters from outside agencies
Municipal resolutions
Newsletters from outside agencies

Council gets a CII every week. Councillors can add CII items to the appropriate Committee or Council agenda at any time.
