Speaking Before Council or a Committee

In the Township of Brock, you can request to speak at a Council or advisory committee meeting on a specific issue or agenda topic. To request a delegation, you must complete the Online Delegation Request Form, providing in detail the information you would like to present to Council. All materials for distribution to Council must be provided in advance of the meeting in an electronic format. The Council Calendar lists all upcoming meeting dates.

Should you wish to speak to an item published on a agenda, your deputation request must be submitted no later than noon the Friday prior to the meeting. 

All delegations and presentations are subject to the municipal procedural by-law.
