The Province of Ontario provides support for agricultural properties.  The Ministry of Finance is responsible for provincial property matters, including the legislation and regulations governing the Farm Property Class Tax Rate Program.

The Township of Brock is not the administration for these farmland resource programs.  The Township of Brock receives current value assessment changes from the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation for processing onto tax account only AFTER the eligibility criteria has been completed and the incentive programs have been successfully initiated by the governing office.
