Road Occupancy Permits

A road occupancy permit is required if you are transporting a wide or heavy load or requesting a road closure (community event, construction work etc.) on roads in the Township of Brock. This includes any vehicle that requires a caution sign, wide load sign, caution lights or an escort.

A Municipal Consent is required when utilities are planning to install infrastructure within the municipal right of way. 

Application

Complete the Road Occupancy Permit Application and submit it to publicworks@brock.ca

Complete the Municipal Consent Application and submit it to publicworks@brock.ca 

Regional approval is required through the Durham Region Road Occupancy Permit for regionally owned and maintained roadways.

Municipal Consent :$148.90
